Where the milk comes from

We have visited a nice organic farm, not far from here (in Følle), with 140 milking cows, efficient milking machines, and big green fields with yummy grass. I like the milking machines, because the cow is milked when she wants, so she is less stressed, and then she gives more milk (from average 25 litres to 32, per day), and more rich in protein and fat (which is how the quality of the milk is measured).
I like this kind of technology, where animals and human get mutual benefits.
