Where the eggs come from (Niels og Grete)

Niels og Grete is one of the biggest organic egg producers in Denmark, they have 24.000 laying hens with a production of 20.000 eggs per day, and they have their own packaging plant.
I have been there for one week, in my 47th week practises, and I have learn a lot. As my dream is to have my own farm with organic eggs, this week has been very positive to me.

There has been some mistakes in the gender selection... (more than 1000 roosters)
